Group & Family Therapy
Group Therapy is a form of psychotherapy where one or more therapists treat a small group of clients together. It can help improve interpersonal skills, reduce isolation, provide a sense of community, and build peer support.
Family Therapy generally involves members of the same family unit. This type of counseling allows each individual to discuss difficult topics with a caring, certified mental health professional. Let us serve your family and inspire you to grow stronger as a unit.
Ashland Outpatient Programs
Outpatient care can involve one or more mental health services that don’t require a prolonged stay in a facility. Treatment provided in Outpatient care helps clients learn to cope with stressors and manage their mental health. These services can include counseling, group therapy, medication consultations, and psychiatry. Treatment can be anywhere from short-term counseling, to long-term care plans including therapy and/or medication.
Outpatient care is the most common treatment for many mental health problems due to its lower cost, better flexibility to clients needs and schedules, and a larger selection of providers. Outpatient care should only be applied when constant support is unnecessary and it is healthier for the client to remain in their environment to experience stressors and learn to cope with professional guidance. This approach is often the best course of action for clients with problems like depression, anxiety and mood regulation disorders.
Ace Wellness Center is committed to your mental health and believes in offering the highest quality outpatient services that are focused on each individual’s unique needs to help our clients move toward wellness and true recovery.
