ACE Wellness Center is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. ACE Wellness Centers Behavioral Health program provides individualized, holistic care planning and management to youth, families, and adults in their schools, homes, and communities.
The Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist (QBHS) is responsible for providing community-based services, as well as telehealth services, that encourage and support progress towards meeting client goals.
The QBHS coordinates and provides care, reinforcement, praise, and support that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and client centered. Additionally, the QBHS will coordinate and work with a licensed clinician to provide Community Psychiatric Therapy Services (CPST),and Therapeutic Behavioral Services as need. Services include, but are not limited to:
· Interacting with clients and their families to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction,
· Record case information,
· Accurately complete all necessary forms and paperwork while adhering to agency standards,
· Assess and address motivational and psychosocial issues,
· Facilitate multiple care aspects including case coordination and information sharing,
· Create service plans and assist in case closures.
The QBHS provides services at times and locations when they are most needed, allowing for highly individualized and effective intervention. Thus, it is expected that the ideal candidate maintains a flexible schedule which may include some evening and weekend availability.
Strong organizational skills. interpersonal skills, judgment, flexibility, commitment, and internal drive/motivation are necessary for success in this position.

ACE Wellness Center is looking for a licensed clinical psychotherapist to join our team. The clinical psychotherapist provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy to a small caseload of young adults, in northeast Ohio. We are a mental health agency who provide psychotherapy for children, youth, and adults. These are persons who struggle with a mix of anxiety, depression, attention deficits, and learning issues that have interfered with their ability live independently. We utilize a treatment team approach and provide them with support in the areas of academics, executive functioning, life skills, wellness, and therapeutic work.
We are committed to providing exceptional therapeutic services and to this end, our clinicians participate in supervision, case conferences, and on-going training’s. In the last year our clinicians have participated in training’s in Mentalization Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Transference Focused Psychotherapy. We also provide our clinicians with bimonthly group psychotherapy consultation and psychoanalytic case consultation. This is an exciting position that incorporates interesting clinical work and opportunities for study of varied clinical techniques. We also utilize an experiential therapy model that puts our clinical work in the context of activities.

ACE Wellness Center is lookin for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team The Psychiatric NP will provide psychiatric evaluation/diagnosis and ongoing treatment to ACE patients in collaboration with primary care and collaborating psychiatrist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following description is a general representation of the key duties and responsibilities of this position. Other duties may be assigned, as required.
- Performs thorough psychiatric diagnostic evaluations of NFP patients using the biopsychosocial model, complete with diagnoses, treatment recommendations and pharmacotherapy.
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s clinical problems and health care needs.
- Provides ongoing medication management/follow-up care needed after the initial psychiatric evaluation, utilizing pharmacotherapeutic and psychotherapeutic modalities as necessary and within scope of practice.
- Develops a diagnosis by analyzing and synthesizing collected data.
- Consults with other with members of multidisciplinary care team and develops a treatment plan, affect change in systems, and enhance the ability of others to provide healthcare.
- Documents all patient data, including patient’s progress in Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Provides thorough medication education to patients/guardian about possible risks, benefits, side effects and alternatives to the recommended medication(s) following their psychiatric evaluation in order for them to make an informed consent to treatment.
- Reviews all non-psychiatric medical orders and prescriptions.
- Obtains and reviews patient’s and/or guardian’s signature on the Informed Consent for the Proper Use of Controlled Substances upon initial visit and annually thereafter.
- Participates in annual chart review, biannual prescriptive review, regular peer review and performance improvement activities as scheduled and needed.
- Maintains collaborative relationship with physicians in the practice and renders care according to the guidelines of the standard care arrangement.
- Participates in clinic staff development and in-service education programs for both professional and NFP staff.
- Provides consultation and training to NFP providers related to behavioral health issues.
- Any other assignments as requested by the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health.
